Bedrooms
All bedrooms have traditional pine wardrobes and furniture. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have ceiling fans and hairdryers.
All bedrooms have windows with built in mosquito/fly nets.
All the beds in the villa are of good quality and comfort.
The master bedroom has a double bed and has en-suite with large shower, WC and sink and vanity unit and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Family Bathroom has bath with shower over, sink and vanity unit, WC, bidet and heated towel rail.
Kitchen
The large well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with granite worktops, electric oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven. Toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine and is great for gourmet meals or just a quick snack.
Utility Area
There is an outside utility/drying area with washing machine, ironing board, iron and washing lines.
Living Room
The bright open plan living and dining area has a 32" flat screen LED television. We have all the UK TV stations - BBC/ITV/Channels 4 and 5 and more. There is a DVD/blu-ray player and CD/radio cassette stereo system which has a mini stereo socket for your own MP3 player.
Cleaning/towels/linen
We provide the linen, towels and pillows and there is a weekly linen and towel change.
The villa enjoys a spacious south facing terrace with patio furniture, sun beds and barbecue.
Pool
The 25ft, fresh water solar panel heated swimming pool is cleaned twice weekly with chemicals carefully monitored to maintain safe hygiene levels.
Pool depth is approx 1.20 metres at the shallow end and 1.50 metres at the deep end.
